Shipping & Return

Shipping: all shipments/orders will be delayed for 2 to 5 business days due to COVID 19

  • All Online orders may be Placed/Faxed-in orders/Phone orders(24 HRS/DAY,7DAYS/WEEK)
  • Online business hours: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm(Saturday 9am-2pm for Store-Front Business only)
  • All FedEx or UPS orders placed before 12:00pm(Central Time) will ship the same day
  • All FedEx order placed after 12:00pm(Central Time) will depart the next day
  • It typically takes 24 hours to 48 hours to process and complete the order upon size of the order
  • We provide you UPS/FedEx Tracking #(see your invoice) after placed your order
  • Free shipping only applies to US continental(except the state of Hawaii and Alaska)
  • Customers are responsible of shipping and handling if they ship their orders to Hawaii and Alaska
  • Any tobacco order shipping to Illinois and/or Pennsylvanian is limited
  • We do not ship any order to any PO Box
  • We do not do international shipping
  • All COD orders are shipped by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground
  • $17.50 minimum COD service fee is collected by UPS and/or FedEx
  • $20 flat shipping fee will charge to the order is under $700(that including $5 shipping material)
  • $5 shipping material fee is applied to any order over $700
  • We charge $5 each box for any pipe tobacco order is over $700
  • We accept all major credit cards,money order,cashier’s check and certified check
  • No minimum purchase is required
  • Adult signature $5 and residential delivery fee $5 will be additional to buyers who need to ship their order to residential address(include any tobacco order and/or “age sensitive material” order)

Returns:

  • customers are required to request a return authorization code from us before shipping the returns
  • All returns with prior authorization only and We do not pay any return shipping fee
  • All sold products must be returned within 15 days of the purchased date
  • any damaged product,defective products and any misplaced item,any missing items must be reported within 24 hours from the order received time
  • You may also email us pictures of damaged and/or defective product(s) along with the description at same time
  • We will pay return shipping fee If the return is a result of our mistakes such as shortage,misplaced item(s),wrong and defective product(s)
  • Shipping charges are Non-refundable.
  • Any special order and On Sale product(s) are not returnable
  • 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items
  • Special offers in our catalog’s list price may not be used with any other offers
  • Sales price may be subject to change without notice
  • Buyers are responsible for their local and state tobacco tax
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of merchandise
  • According to the federal law, distribution and sale of tobacco products to minors under the age 21 is prohibited
  • For residential delivery we charge additional $5 and $5 for adult signature to receive tobacco order and sensitive product(s)
  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and unopened in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original Sealed package
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@wholesale2store.com} and send your item to: {request for return shipping address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {request for return shipping address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
